Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.  All of our products are freshly handmade to order just for you.  Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 We ask that you please select your products carefully.  Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins.  If you have received a shipping notification, your package is in transit and cannot be cancelled.

 As part of our Customer Service commitment, ESCAPE NATURAL SKINCARE stands behind our products and we want you to be as happy with them, as the vast majority of our customers have been for over 3+ years. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, glass containers can experience some breakage during shipping. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
