We process and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking information.

Keep in mind that some products are made-to-order and when processing gifts or large orders it may take 2-3 extra days.

Depending on your region, your order should arrive approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase via standard shipping.
Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or holidays) will be processed the next business day.
- Any order placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the same day.
- Any order processed after 12 PM EST will be processed next business day.

- Be sure to verify the shipping address you've provided is correct ASAP! Please notify us at info@escapenaturalskincare.com or 614-668-5723 for any changes or updates to your address. While we will make every effort to correct any errors brought to our attention before your order has shipped, ESCAPE Natural Skincare will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information.

DELIVERY
While we do not require a signature to receive the shipment, we strongly recommend you track your shipment and be present to accept delivery given the value of your order as we will not take responsibility for any missing or lost packages that are marked as delivered. We would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.
Once received, our products need to be stored in a cool dry place, and we don’t recommend leaving them outside on your doorstep.
Missing or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but it's nowhere to be found: Don't panic! Be sure to look thoroughly where your mail is typically delivered and ask your family or neighbors if they've received the package. In the event that your package is still not found:
- Please contact USPS customer support right away to inform them of your missing package.
Please then inform us at info@escapenaturalskincare.com so that we may verify with USPS the status of your package and assist however we can!
Please note, we will not replace or refund lost or missing packages marked as delivered.
Damaged or missing/incorrect items. While we take great care to ensure that your product(s) are packed safely and securely for their journey to you, if there are any issues regarding the products received in your order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@escapenaturalskincare.com or 614-668-5723 with the following information so that we may assist you quickly and efficiently!
- Order Number and name
- For damaged items, please provide us with detailed photos of the product(s). Please do not discard products or packaging.
- For missing/incorrect items, please provide us with detailed photos of the products received, the shipping box with label, as well as the packing slip.
