    How long will my order take?

    Some of our handcrafted products (if out of stock) can take up to 2 days to produce. Depending on your region, your order should arrive approximately 3-5 business days from date of purchase via standard shipping.

    Generally, orders are processed & packaged within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

    • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday (or holidays) will be processed the next business day. 
    • Any order placed before 12 PM EST will be processed the same day. 
    • Any order placed after 12 PM EST will be processed next business day. 

    Keep in mind that some products are made-to-order.  When processing gifts or large orders it may take 2-3 extra days.   

    What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal when applicable. 

     

    Can I combine promo codes on my order?

    No, only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once.
      

    How do I check the status of my order?

    You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been submitted.  

    When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.

     

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    We will do our best to modify/cancel an existing order as long as it has not been filled, packed, and/or shipped.  Please contact us to revise your order as soon as possible between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. EST. at 1-614-668-5723.

    What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

    Contact us via email or phone and we’ll be sure to make it right.

    I can not find a product you use to sell, has it been discontinued?

    Unfortunately, sometimes we need to say goodbye to our favs to make room for new and exciting products in our lineup.

    I noticed my body butter was firm when I received it but softened after a few days, is this normal?

    Natural ingredients like coconut oil solidifies at room temperature and liquefies with warmer temperatures, so depending on climate conditions or the  temperature in your home, your product could be softer or firmer. This does not affect performance or product quality.

    If you live in a colder climate and/or are experiencing a firmer texture, we recommend warming up the product between your hands before using it or running warm water over the packaging to release the oils for perfect spreadability.

    Do you offer gift-wrapping?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide gift wrapping for online orders.  We do not include invoices in our online order packages, so your gift recipient will not see the price!
